
For as long as I can remember, I was struggling with disordered eating habits, poor digestive health, being overweight, viciously painful menstrual cramps, and low energy levels. I finally decided I could not continue to live that way. I soon began doing research on holistic living. From clean eating, to exercise, to stress management, to non toxic products, herbs and more. Since the start of my journey in 2022 I have loss over 40 pounds. As a result of my passions and own journey I furthered my education in holistic health and fitness. My biggest why for coaching is ultimately removing the confusion from my clients’ journey.

One Shoe Does Not Fit All
I believe there is no “one shoe fits all” when it comes to holistic health, wellness, and fitness approaches. Each plan and set of recommendations is carefully curated with my client’s goals and overall betterment in mind.
